Refund Policy

SleepScriptMD never prescribes controlled or habit-forming sleep medications. A prescription is never guaranteed. The clinical fee covers your physician's medical review. If our physician determines that treatment through SleepScriptMD isn't safe or appropriate for you, the fee is refunded in full. Once physician review has begun, the fee is not refundable for a change of mind.

The clinical fee is separate from what you pay your pharmacy for the medication itself. We do not bill for medication and cannot refund it.
